Meet Todd

My name is Todd- welcome to my little space on the Web!

My experience in business, healthcare, and healthcare administration spans more than 20 years. During that time I served as the president and CEO of a multi-million dollar private national healthcare recruitment, human resources and outsourcing firm for more than a decade, the vice president of a publicly traded healthcare staffing, human resources, and outsourcing firm, a regional vice president, vice president of support services and more. I have both public and private healthcare experience and extensive experience in home health, hospital services, staffing, and healthcare accreditation.

In 2009 I made a decision- a big one! To leave the corporate world and do what I love - to teach - to mentor - to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals. What a journey it has been! As an educator in the classroom, I have worked with thousands of students and taught hundreds of courses. As an administrator, I have overseen career services, launched new programs and initiatives to help students achieve their educational goals, and oversaw faculty training and development for a public university. As an instructional designer, I have designed more than 200 courses over the years and collaborated with faculty to make their dreams come true.
